The room was quite spacious and just right, plus it offered amazing views of Gruz bay 🌅. the shared bathroom was also kept clean and tidy.

We recommend it to everyone. Overall appetising food, plus there is Lobby Gourmet & Bar close by.

The queen room was nice and cool with air conditioning, and they even provided hair dryers and big bath towels. 🌬️ I really enjoyed the cozy wooden furniture.

The value for money at Sinistaj Rooms was excellent, and the room was perfect with amazing views from the balcony. The location was convenient, not too far from the old town, with bus stops nearby. The staff, Jozef and Sonja, were extremely friendly and treated me like family.

Enjoyed the room with a shared bathroom. the spot was awesome, close to a bus stop and a supermarket. the neighborhood was great to hang out in. 🌟

The bus stop, conveniently located only 100 meters away, made me feel like a pro at waiting for public transportation. Exciting excursions were offered at an additional cost, because why experience something without paying for it, right? Shops and bars within 500 meters made sure my wallet was never lonely.

The only thing missing from my experience here was a red carpet upon arrival. Such a shame.

We had such a lovely stay at this guesthouse. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel like we were part of their family. They even arranged for their grandson to take us to the airport, which was a lovely touch. The location, although a bit further from the main sights, was easily accessible by the bus system. Just a tip for future guests, the guesthouse is located in a high building on the 7th floor, but there is a lift available. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Sinistaj Rooms to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely little hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They gave me lifts on their motorbike, helped me when I was unwell, and even visited me in the hospital. The hostess, Soniya, was especially kind, helping me carry my suitcase and offering me fresh coffee and snacks every morning. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the location was peaceful with a great view.
